All others 24mm up front

Yup! The ITR front sway bar is 25mm, so 1mm doesn't really make a difference.

best would be a full coilover with height and dampening adjustability. Then a bigger rear sway bar with sub frame reinforcment.

1 MM does if you have the right things in the right places. 25mm up front with 23 out back keeps my car well balanced at the AutoX. You got to push the car to its limits and then you'll know how much of a difference it is. then you realize why R's come with them. Then a gsr's setup is like crap.

Actually.... the Type-R is 24mm up front just like the GSR's and the 2000+ LS,GS,RS,SE. That is according to T-I.net and they are not wrong with these sort of things.

If you don't feel like stalking down an ITR bar.....USDM or JDM.......then the Progress Group has a 22mm non adjustable and a 23mm with adjustable end links that way you can tune the suspension to your desired comfort level of rotation and F/R handling bias under hard cornering
