no not yet. i think that if you have a quiet car then they wont mess with you. if you have a loud car then they have a good reason to mess with you cause you stand out. but if your car sounds like everyother car on the road they dont have a good reason to pull you over.
i had a 3in all the back to a generic cf mufler. i was constantly dodgin cops. car was so loud i could barely here my stereo when it was on blast. couldnt here/talk on my phone. give you an idea on how loud.
but since i put the rsx muffler on, i havent been messed with at all. im so quiet that i dont standout and give them a reason.

to everybody- i would get a quiet exhaust and a cut out. somethin like a wsport/ex mag. or somethn custom like i did. that was the best exhaust givin to me, so i figured id relay the advice. i never get looked at bu cops now.

anyway sorry for the lecture
thanx for the comments

I'm thinking because Gabs are the authentic ones and have better quality than the replicas.

yea i figured that. but the rims look just as good.if you take the centercaps off you cant tell. but i left mine centercaps in cause it doesnt bother me if people dont like them. plus i see it the same as people gettin seibon hoods instead of spoon hoods. or ww lip kit instead of mugen. but this is not a authentic vs non authentic thread so ..

ill be postin a few more pics form the shoot later on. just wanted to see what people thought of the car.
might even throw an engine bay shot in.

Yeah I understand that companies like Volk, BBS, Work, Gabs etc. work hard to make their designs and for someone to copy their designs and sell them for cheaper, it's not fair for the companies who thought of the design first but it's also good for the tuner/car enthusiast to be able to buy nice looking and affordable rims. Yeah, the original company who made the rim deserves the credit, but we have to give Rota, Drag, Spun some props to help out the non-ballers of our tuner community. Some of us just can't afford $700 per rim. Plus, the expensive rims are better in performance and how they're constructed so that's why they're expensive.

Just my .02
