Read the last paragraph. They tell you exactly why the EVO won the first time they compared by lost the second.
Basically the EVO is more hardcore track car and the Subaru is softer and more comfortable on the streets. I'm not an old man with a family so I'll take an EVO please. But I'm done with this, it is a never ending battle. LOL I would love to have either carLast time around, the Evo MR was about $1200 costlier. This time, that difference has jumped to almost $3000. Most of us--although not the entire staff, it must be said--feel okay saving that much money for the added driving pleasure in an uglier car.
