The very last part I will EVER buy for my Eclipse GSX is on it's way to my house. It should be here soon.......I can't wait. I wish I didn't have a tracking number, the suspense is killing me

Nope. I've never broken a tranny. Maybe I should get a lifetime supply of alternators for my GST. I seem to go through those about once a year or so

My boys GST Spyder broke the alternator belt and somehow fried the module for the softtop that also controls the power windows when I got everything back together that was a funny sight window were going up and down by themselves and the roof would not close, tested the voltage coming out of the alternatos and it was 16 volts! thats when i figured out what had happend, shit was funny though

Yeah. Thats what usually happens. The voltage regulator usually goes before the alternator on these cars. But it is built in so you just got replace the whole thing. My car started running 16volts last year....thank god I had a really good brand new battery to act as buffer to keep from frying some electronics.

Parts are in.

See ya. Time to go work on my car. Too bad it is 101 degrees with a 108 heat index right now.....working on cars outside in August in Houston is not very fun
