But you don't have a type R, there's two integras out there in my opinion that you don't jack with the motors, the 92-93 GSR and The Type R, everything else go ahead and butcher the hell out of but you leave the b17 in the GSR and the B18C5 in the Type R.

Well in my opinion if your R is stock then keep it stock but if it is already modified then go all out with the k20A swap. A k20A swap for a huge upgrade and in no way a downgrade. There's only one thing better then a R and that's a k20A R
