Armrest Eliminator Install Help

Ok so I got the other armrest out of my car and threw the armrest eliminator in its place but where the the rear mount in place and I got these 2 bars on the sides when the eliminator is in place

If it is like the civic if you lift the carpet there are 2 twelve mm bolts that hold that U shaped bracket to the floor. I know this because my bro put an armrest in his civic and it slid around because it was missing that bracket!

ok so say I get that off. How do I mount the rear. It has these mounts on it

Check to see if there are any holes in the floor, they look like they must be clipped into the floor

i didnt snap mine in i just sits there, bolted in the front nothing in the back i gotta make something for it. ill probably just weld some kinda clip connector or something

I love having my armrest/center console.

The only reason id take mine out is because i throw too much junk in that box and having it there is like feeding a bad clutter habit. Or also if the seats are too wide.

I don't think I had mine snap into anything when I had that. That metal bracket needs to come out, though.
