The neo chrome valve cover is a bit much... :lol:





Better to do a black valve cover and have the small accents in neo chrome like the oil cap, radiator stay brackets, valve cover hardware, fender washers, spark plug wire separators, battery tie down.... And I can't remember if you have vtaks or not, but the spark plug wire cover, and VTEC solenoid cover.

Still have a blue AEM SRI sitting in my closet to match what I was trying to do :lol:

I was thinking the valve cover was too much too... :rolf:

Neochrome always seemed like the ricer version of when metal turns from heat.



But I agree. It would look good with a black vc.

That's titanium that burns like that. Try getting stainless steel hot, it turns brown :lol:

I wont be getting the valve cove done...its $960.00 plus shipping paid for the part to get there and ship it back..which who knows what it will cost.

It will turn blue actually, but not on standard pump gas. Steel turns blue around 575-600 degrees.

Look at the geezer's header before I polished it. It's blue/purple from the PO running nitrous through it.



Little rusty here, but same header after I polished the blue out of it. On pump gas it only turns brown/gold because it only reaches about 480 degrees max.
