Vistas finest 97' Integra LS -

How much benefit is it going to give me ? Can I get by decently without them or are they something I should try to get? I do have my subframe brace and sway bar coming in today

what end links are you using?

You wont need to adjust the sway bar unless you are racing and in 6 years of doing so, i have never once adjusted the sway bar. I think ive only adjusted them once or twice in my years of doing track support on Spec Miata, Spec E30 and Spec E46 as well as TTE and PTE. Its a band aid solution.

Im more concerned if you can run aftermarket endlinks with stock LCAs. I think you can use a stock endlink on aftermarket sway bars as long as you shim it correctly.

I have a set of F5 Racing rear LCAs, they seem to do the trick just fine.

Ok so my car "limps" in to first gear... Rpms drop down pretty low before it wants to take to any kind of acceleration if keep the rpms at about 2k and slowwwwwly release clutch it will gradually engage first a little better and have a slightly faster launch. Is this a worn clutch ??

lmk how those bushings are in a few months. LCAs are LCAs except when you want to go real racing. The geometry is different on racing LCAs as well as the bushings. Im 7 years in on a set of Function 7s.

slam gears at redline or dump the clutch on downshifting and see if it holds. If not its a bad clutch. Jk on downshifting, but try and revmatch it but kind of blip the throttle less so its close but not exactly right and if the clutch slips its bad.

The clutch dissent slip at all , it holds fine when shifting especially at redline , it's just my launch is fucking garbage

It's like I'm in first at a stop, and when I depress clutch and give it gas it kind of studders before feeling like it's actually wanting to take off, but after it does that it fees like it's in gear solid and then it will take off like normal, but that transition from stop to taking off sucks

I would describe it like the slowest engage into first ever , like I said if I hold the rpms for like 2-3 seconds it creeps from a stop into gear and then it will go but if I try to launch its over it like drops down and sinks into like 1k rpm and then has trouble picking up speed...

No fucks given.
Just throwing this out there, but have you messed with the distributor at all? Mine was acting the same way a while back, but it's an auto... Timing was fucked up.

I haven't touched the distributor but i just bought the car and they thought they were pretty handy, I wouldn't doubt someone fucked with it before.
