Damn 94RS, your bar is really low dude. If it some how doesn't even reach that 1 year bar, I would have been more than just pissed....lol
Where the hell are you getting someone to rebuild an engine for $1500? The cheapest I have been quoted is $6000. The only engine I could get for $1K is the typical used imported JDM engines with 65K miles on them, I can't remember if they come with any warranty or not.

The JDM B20 that I bought had a warranty, but it was only like 60 days or so.

My brother was talking motorcycles with me earlier and I pissed him off :lol: He was talking about Harley's and how good they are if you just ride around town and stuff, I just kept giving reasons why I have no use for one/don't care to own one and what I dislike about just cruisers in general.
He got pissed off and said "this is why all the different types of motorcycle riders hate each other" :rolf:
The vrod is cool, I like the dyna fxdx, the softail breakout is cool too... but I would never fucking buy one :rolf:
He says these things like he wants me to get one so we can both get one and ride, but fuck that :lol: I have too much racer blood in me for that easy rider faggotry :rolf:
And he was saying how illogical an R1 or any sportbike is for long trips like I'm planning and "how bad the gas mileage is"
So to piss him off even more I showed him that Harley's have about the same tank range as a '12-'14 R1 despite it being a liter bike capable of 186mph (more if it wasn't limited to that by the ecu) and then he was just like "well Harley's make more torque"
So I showed him a top speed/acceleration video of an R1 from 50mph and the same of a vrod and he just goes "well you'll never get to go even half that fast anyway without getting killed" :lol:
Oh and he tried to pull the 'Harley's have a more comfortable riding position for long distance' bit and I just explained that I don't give a fuck :lol: Me and him both have ridden dirt bikes all day continuously for 6+ hours and never once had I stopped and thought my ass/back was killing me, and dirt bikes are way worse than sportbikes.
And of course he mentioned "Sport bike douches" so of course I reminded him of all that fat hick old fuck hillbilly assholes that ride Harley's :mrgreen:

He's been acting a bit jealous lately anyway, he's had the v6 mustang for awhile and I've got the GT, plus I have the truck now too, and he's heard me talking about my plan to get the money saved up for an R1 (which at one time before he apparently turned into a harley fag was his favorite sport bike alongside the 2011+ zx10r) so he's just being bitchy.

I swear sometimes he sounds like Assy talking about practicality and comfort and all that bullshit. He genuinely sounds too god damn picky to even ride a motorcycle sometimes, like wearing a full-face helmet, gloves and a jacket would be too much for him to handle, it would ruin his "comfort" :roll: :lol:
