Best generation prelude imo! I love me some H22, had one in an eg hatch probably 10 years ago, probaly the funnest car I've ever had!

Well, I would just change out as many gaskets as you can while you still have the civic. That way you aren't down a car.

Today started off with taking these out


And adding these


Then changed the ATTS fluid and transmission fluid. Yes automatic fluid is used in the ATTS system.




Then the parts started arriving. Pictured here we have the timing belt and water pump, ARP head studs, and a few other odds and ends.



The brake fluid and clutch fluid was also changed



Then this happened

Started work on taking off the head.


First was draining coolant



Second was getting the power steering belt off and got the pump able to move out of the way





Begun disconnecting hoses and connectors. I found golf tees to work great for some of the hoses. Also not pictured was depressurizing the fuel system.




Got the distributer off with wires. Got all of that marked up.











Also not pictured I had to remove the left motor mount.


Then the alternator was then disconnected and removed.
