CEL came on. Rough/stall idle at red lights

i'm using denso plugs/accel wires from ebay, might go with denso wires/ngk plugs next time. ngk wires not worth the extra dough imho. denso oil filter and map sensor too...

The guy who owned it before me literally destroyed this car mechanically but after a month of me and some guys working on it and machine shops, its driveable and only has a few quirks left to work out LIKE THIS POOR IDLE!!!!

Could this exhaust lead to poor idle?? I mean it doesn't even look fitted lol

That could cause your issue as that crushed part could be restricting

I would replace the entire exhaust and go from there. Thats like trying to breath while only being able to exhale through a coffee straw.

Where should i buy spark plugs? What brand more specifically, can i just go to Autozone?
They were last changed unknown date.. They still have the same spark plugs from when the car sat for a year.....I feel special
Also whoever owned the car before the exhaust and muffler are like beaten up also.
Is it normal to hear a weird noise coming from the dizzy?
This car is so close to being complete and only needs this idle fixed so I can drive back to Texas.

Just use ngk from auto zone, i think trouble shooting the exhaust could be done by taking the axle back off and seeing if it idles different. As for the noise, post a video or try and better describe

Ok I will buy the ngk spark plugs tommorow thank you.
The dizzy sounds like something is loose and it keeps spinning around so I guess you can say it sounds like a tiny piece of metal being knocked around.

Well I mean that's how a distributor worked, I suggest taking the cap off and seeing if the rotor is screwed on and every connection ok the icm is tight

Likely the rotor screw came off. Buy a new cap and rotor set.

Update I tried to start my car and the idle is so bad I can't drive it right now. It usually idles bad for a min or two and it usually works itself out just by me pressing on the gas pedal and revving to about 1.5 - 2k rpm. But today the rpm's just keep dropping.

The car didn't actually die but the RPM's will go down to about 100 and then bounce to 500rpm does this repeatedly.
and have to wait till tomorrow to get the spark plugs, and the rotor for the distributer and cap.

Allow me to reiterate what they have already told you. Take off the distributor cap and inspect... do not try starting it anymore until you have done this.
