Put everything back together and ordered me a chip from Phearable.net for the P06 turned into P28 ecu and holy mother of god. It fixed the the engine running rich problem and vtec finally engages fine and doesn't cut off at 6k rpms.

Oh and the engine was overheating. Forgot that a shit load of coolant was spilled when I took the engine apart lol

I know this might seem like a noobish question but should I use premium gas for my lsvtec? I am using a GSR timing belt and I noticed that my MPG is shitty. I don't know, I might be thinking too hard but just wanted to make sure.

When was the last time you reset your ecu? I reset mime every month. When I don't my mpg goes to the toilet.

Went to pick up my license and found out that the stupid judge can't count right. My 26 day suspension started on June 11, it's been 27 days from that day and the retard put 7/8/14, 28 days. I don't understand how hard it was to actually give me a date instead of being a little smartass.

I know it was pretty dumb of me but I redlined the car all the way to 8200 rpms in second gear. Nothing happened, shows that it was built right , hopefully it can stay like that

Congrats but I would not rev that high with an LS block lol

Atleast until you can get gsr oil sump, windage tray, and girdle.

That's why LsVs blow so often, bottom end can't keep up with the revs like the top end.

I've heard that girdles end up leaving your cylinders oval? Or is that block guards...
I don't know, I just followed the lsvtec guide on honda-tech.

Blockguard will egg your cylinders.

The girdle is bolted below the crankshaft and resides in the oil pan.
