Thanks. I'm debating on whether or not I want to keep my 'Daily Driven' decal or not. It looks so cheap and ricey compared to the other decals I have.

I'm not sure what kind of updates I'll be having with the 'Teg for a few weeks. I've got some things that I have to get paid off this next paycheck, and then the paycheck after, I should be finishing up on my maintenance. After that, the mods will probably stop for a little while until the car gets most of the way, if not all of the way paid off.
Little bit of an update. Just minor stuff, though --
I fixed my fan wiring, washed the car, and painted the tow hook.
Then, I went and hung out with my buddy's and helped them work on their cars. I helped install a slim fan on the red one and I installed an ITR rep front lip on the white one.
So, after three tries, I finally got a Mishimoto decal that I'm happy with.
Also, I've got a few ideas for the 'Teg this paycheck, but I have no clue which ones I'm actually gonna do.
So, I decided that I'm going to try out that Hedman glasspack and see how it does. I'm hoping it does better than a typical glasspack or I just wasted $43.
But, the Hedman glasspack is technically not a glasspack. It has a straight-through baffled design which, while it doesn't flow amazingly well, flows better than a typical glasspack and should definitely outlast a typical glasspack. I'm going to install it backwards for better flow, and I'm going to keep my old resonator and give it to my buddy so he can practice his welding with it.
So, I'm still waiting on the Hedman to come in so I can go get it installed.
On another note, I found out when I got home from work tonight that the screw hole on the driver's side bumper lense is stripped and is causing my bumper lense to slowly wiggle loose occasionally, so if I have enough money left over after my resonator install, I'm going to order some black housing bumper lenses.

So, I've been fairly busy lately. I've been working 35-40 hours a week lately, and the past few days, I've been working at RAF Performance (a fabrication ship in my area) helping them get ready to move to a new campus. Last night, I helped them disassemble three burnt, junkyard Chevrolet LSx small-block v-8's. Well, here's the result of that. For the record, I was wearing shorts. My legs were just that dirty.
Also, on Friday the 13th of all days, I FINALLY sold my truck after several weeks of hoping that it'd sell. So, there's that.
And, finally, my resonator came in.
I got creative. I cut a gasket out of cardboard to keep any extra flow out so I could get an accurate reading, and then I held a leaf blower to the end of the resonator to judge the flow. I did this with both sides and then marked the direction that it flowed better with a Sharpie.
I should have the resonator installed either tomorrow or Thursday.
Also, I should have a fairly big update coming up soon, so stay tuned.
So, I got my new resonator installed today. Needless to say, it needed it.
There were two holes in it and it looked like it was trying to split.
Once the old resonator was off, we ran into this problem.
Honda was stupid from the factory. The piping from at least the catalytic converter to the beginning of the resonator was 1.75". They flared it to 2" for the resonator and then it's 2" from the resonator back (I think.)
So, what we wound up doing was flaring the inlet and outlet on the ends of the resonator to fit over the factory piping. It fits like factory and it looks almost like factory.
But, it was worth the money for the repair. The exhaust leak is gone, the throttle response has improved, the idle has improved, and it just feels healthier. It's quiet as crap, but it'll work for now.
Thanks, dude. It was worth it. I don't mind exhaust work; I just get a shop to do it. I buy the parts before hand so it winds up being what I want. 8)

I gotta re-route the negative wire, but it was definitely worth the upgrade.
I also pulled the shifter bezel, cleaned it with Goof-Off, sanded it, painted it, and cleared it.
