What clutch is the right clutch

They do provide better throttle response and will help with quick shifting. The integra flywheel isn't very heavy stock though so you have to go fairly light to notice a difference. They also do increase accelerating performance. Any time you remove weight directly from the rotating assembly, you're gonna have better acceleration.

Adding one other thing regarding shifting, the lighter your assembly, the more perfect you have to be with throttle and clutch engagement. In turn I think this makes for a better smoother driver.

There's no torque increase from increasing flywheel weight. The physics behind that statement are just silly.

Less rotational mass will allow the object to be accelerated more quickly.
More mass will allow the object to remain at speed (inertia).

But the amount of force transferred stays the same.

Does anyone know a good online site to buy the Exedy Stage 1 organic clutch and light flywheel? I looked on their site, and they dont sell to private buyers :(

Flywheels are your preference. Some ppl hate the light ones, some ppl love them. Rest assured you wont find much performance there. With less inertia the revs will build faster and slow faster (free rev, not in gear). You should just stick to a stock flywheel.
Thats good to know.

Well, good thing is that I am taking physics next year :rocker:
 Hope reading isnt part of the subject....
