I've only ever run 92 in this since I got it. I'm not THAT noob lol. And yes Gs-r = premium (92 minimum).

Yeah dude. Pick up some satin black and hit those wiper arms, and repaint the windshield trim for her.
Then it wont be too bad. Too bad it is on steelies.

I still have the spare wiper arms from my LS that I repainted. I'll throw thise on there soon. How would I redo the window trim? Does it come off, or do I just tape it up?

You be surprised on how many people actually don't know about gas, or even checking their oil. I seen so many dipsticks that were dry, cus they never checked it or changed it...ever :???:. Don't ask me how they lived this long :roll:

not that easy to remove. Like efx said, tape it off. Be sure to do prep work before hand, so you don't have to redo it right away

Yeah, those are on the back burner till I can get it running with no issues. Tranny isn't as great as I thought, or my mechanic either. Started slipping a little AFTER we bought it...

Finally got around to replacing that stupid aluminum tubing that the intake vacuum uses to plug into the vc. It's useless once you get an sri or cai cause they come with the extra hose for the vc vacuum, but the same piece of aluminum also is used for a coolant line that runs from the thermostat housing to under the intake mani. So today I got some proper hose and just straight lined it so I could get rid of the cluttering aluminum crap. I'll take pics tomorrow to show what I'm talking about. Phone was too dead when I got done. But of course I didn't know the exact size so I searched and found it was 5/8. Got some and when I unplugged the hoses...It's smaller than 5/8... Went back to the store to exchange for 5/16 instead and "we don't accept returns of custom cut hoses"...are you serious??? But after bitching to the manager that what I wanted was, what? The same hose but a smaller size, AND there's already a piece laying in the back that's cut to the EXACT length I need??? They decided to go ahead and let me just exchange it...fuckin pricks...anyway. got it all done and it looks way better. Much less crammed.

On a side note, ups tracking puts my cai delivered on the 6th...damn it. There's always hope that it will miraculously show up early though right?

Yeah, that's the plan. Changed it the first time on monday, then again yesterday and it's still hella dirty. Gonna do it again Sat, and just keep going till it's not dirty lookin anymore.
