I'm 6'2 and my little bike is actually quite comfortable. I spent 3 hours on it the other day without complaints. I'll be replacing it once I get my full license though. Just using this one to get experience/cheaper insurance.

Just curious can you bolt oem ruckus parts on your clone without fitment issues?
Very few things. Seat/seat frame, controls. Probably the gas tank. That's about it. Even the footrest frame thing I have sits a bit weird at the top mount, but I make it work. An angle grinder and a drill goes a LONG way

Nice pick up for the price!
Yep this particular cbr on ebay makes me feel better about the purchase, Since it has 5 bids at 2,000 and it's missing alot of parts and doesn't even have a title... Lol

I got the ek mvxz! Should Not add any price for that chain. But the DID are great too!

I actually think i'm going to get the ek mvxz with the kit, I'll have to call first and see about getting a 150 link chain though. For now i'd rather save the $40, That'll pay for most my front brake pads i'll need. Plus the EK MVXZ is what moto mummy recommends from the kit and I'd assume it's a good chain if they recommend it over a DID ERV3.

What brand is your ruck clone? And how fast is it? Lol

Peace sports I think? The same company that make those ugly VIP scooters. Stock I could go around 40 max, held mid-high 30s. With the BBK and exhaust, I hold high 40s, top speed 53mph max GPS'd. Transmission is still stock besides the rollers. Too expensive to up the gears and change out the variator/clutch. For around the same price I could get a weld on mount and a 150 engine.

Do you custom Mount a lowering and extended swing arm? I never looked into them

The swingarm on any modern scooter is the transmission. The way you stretch a scooter is by extending the motor mount itself. Some are bolt ons, the cheapest way to do it to the length you want is the Mojo weld on mount. Its like $80 shipped.

To lower it, you swap in a shorter, heavier duty shock for the rear. Most people weld on a shock mount to the rear of the frame, but there's also companies that make bolt on shock mount extensions that bolt into the stock mount location.

To lower the front, for real Rucks (doesn't fit my clone, different sizes) there's aftermarket lowering forks/fork springs. On mine, I took the springs out of the stock forks and cut about an inch worth of coils out.

If you do look into any of those 150s or a Met/Ruck, make sure you buy your shit from TheRuckShop. Guy that runs the place is awesome. Low prices and will ship your shit ultra fast. :thumbs up
