Check around the sound deadening. Any of that seem wet. I may be remembering incorrectly but there is a plug under a piece of sound deadening.

The weather stripping seems fine

There is a weld the goes underneath the weather stripping that creates a depression and lets water in, just line the edge of the weather stripping with silicon sealant.

Can you post a picture of what that weld looks like?

If its none of those there's a plug on the back. It's where your plate lights go out. Pull off you're rear bumper and check that. I had a little leak and that was mine.
