What wheels are these?

Found this video on youtube of this nice DA, but I can't figure out what wheels it has on it. Anyone know the what wheels they are and possibly the tire size?

Some type of Minilite style wheel.... XXR, Rota, Enkei, RS Watanabe. They all make a wheel that style.

Edit: If I had to guess, I'd say they're XXR 002's due to the rivets around the outside of the spokes.
