I use Turtle Wax "All Wheel & Tire cleaner" on my scoot's wheels once a week. They stay pretty clean considering I live down a dirt road and normally ride a lot.

Just make sure you cover the whole wheel and let it sit for about 3-4 mins before you spray it off.

It's the kind of cleaner that you spray on and hose off. Let it soak in for a few mins (the back says like 30 seconds), then hose off.

Thanks man :) the front bumper being a darker gray annoys the hell out of me.

It's just the stock 98-01 bumper with a EDM rear fog light. The previous owner cut it to make it fit.
