2276? That seems really light for what you have. I mean you still have ABS, Sunroof, AC, sound deadening. What kind of scales was this weighed on? I suppose I should ask how much gas you had too.

That's crazy light!! Does it drive anything close to stock besides being louder (interior noise)?

It was weighed in a place where you can sell metal and such not sure how accurate it is ... I allready got rid of the abs and I had no gas at all it was almost empty. As far as the sound inside the cabin its not rrally bad for me since I have a quiet setup but I have no radio so I can easily hear it when I step on it so if you have a loud exhaust I would guess it will get annoying with no sound deadening or trim ..

Thanks a lot man ! Planning for a cam and wideband sensor so I can further improve the power it still feels a little down on power because of the gsr tranny :/

So you took it to a recycling place? I would imagine those scales read low so that they can rip people off. Think about it, the more weight in metal you have the more money they pay you. Put it on corner balancing scales if you want it to be accurate. And being low on fuel makes a little sense too, because gas is about 6.25lbs per gallon, but even then that doesn't make sense why yours is so light. My money is on the scales not being accurate. Sorry to burst your bubble.

When did you remove your ABS? Last I saw you still had it in your car. Updated pics inside and out?

Haha I knew something had to be wrong with it! I did estimate about a little over 300 pounds taken out anyeays so I should be in 2400s if not high 2300s but ill find a more accurate place to weigh it soon. The cars at my friends at the moment getting front left bearing changed but ill take some pics asap. And it allready feels very light and the back end wants to pop out at hard turns thinking about moving the battery to the back and a cf hood ...

no way. I was 2345lbs with a lot less in the car. That was including a driver. AND i even think thats off.

I would say your car is high 2300's at best, but that also depends how much gas is in the tank. Usually you want to weigh the car with half a tank of gas. That way it will only vary by 30lbs depending on if it is full or empty. That is a preference though.

Ok so lets say drivers 140 pounds that puts you around 2200! What are you missing that i have? Sunroof , AC , sound deadening ? Plus i heard a b16 is around 50 pounds lighter than the b18... And considering i barely had any gas it might have been an accurate reading..

2410 with me in it and half tank of gas. I am only 170.

I don't think it was accurate, strictly because the things you still have weight a lot. 2276 with ac, sunroof, sound deadening. That means you still have at least 100 lbs to lose, just from those 3 things, but the fact that it had no gas does alter it slightly. I don't trust recycling scales is all. I think I need to see a list of what all you have removed.

I could see how it could be close, with 12 gallons of gas missing that's around 72lbs off. I don't think that scale is spot on.

I never said spot on but it could be pretty damn close... All i have literally left in the car is half the dash , and door panels other than seats and things needed to drive the car... BTW are you sure about 12 gallons? I removed all the gas from the car one time and i could only fill it up with around 9 and a half gallons 0.0
The car also has no speakers , no headunit or cupholders and armrest..
