I was at work. I haven't had any chick problems lately. I havent talked to that one girl in a month. I've just been concentrating on work and the teg.

That's not really the truth. If you are both working good jobs and living together, your overhead would be lower in certain categories. And if you buy a flipped house, no need to remodel. Kids are the turning point
