My family doctor thought I torn my meniscus ligament, but after a whole bunch of tests, MRIs and waiting 9 months for a specialist appointment it turns out it's not that. The specialist says the tendon on my leg is getting caught in the knee joint causing pain and my knee to lock up. I've been dealing with it for a year and a half now. And it's something I'll more than likely have to deal with for life. I can't skateboard or BMX anymore, running is doable, but painful. All because I played a game of soccer and a kid ran into my leg while it was extended from kicking the ball. :(

Always the simplest of stuff that causes long term damage :(

I've broken ribs, Collar bone feet but the only injury that I still feel from time to time is from when I jammed my wrist falling off a bike when I was a kid.

Yeah, tell me about it. I've had some crazy injuries and they don't bother me, but this does.

Hey my knee is all messed up too. When I was 8 my brother kicked a ball at it and my kneecap dislocated. I still have problems with it :(

Not often, I find when I do less it hurts more so I try to do lots of exercises & physical stuff like riding bikes, Working out, Jerking off (beat you to it 94RS you fucker!) :lol:

It sounds like that wouldn't quite work the same for you though. :(

It sounds like that wouldn't quite work the same for you though. :(
When I was big into biking (before this injury) a lot of the guys online swore by these to strengthen your wrists, so you're probably in the same boat as them.

The more active I get the more my knee hurts. I try not to let it stop me, but it just comes back locking more often and more pain too. I constantly have to lift my leg up and you`ll hear a click, that`s the tendon moving out of the joint so it`s not impeding it.
