Drove the Jeep to my friend shop at 9am to get the heat looked at. Driver side blowing cold air and the passenger side blowing hot air. I already know that I have to replace the actuator and maybe one of the blend doors that sit in front of the heater core. This meaning taking out the dashboard. He could not looked at it since a car lift was getting installed and some how we ended up drinking at the shop then eating at our other friend Chinese restaurant and then more drinking and I just got home. It's not even Friday yet. I'm getting to old and don't know how much my liver can hold up.

¡AY, CARAMBA!
I got the notorious "car shuts off while driving". I'm thinking it might be the distributor causing it. I haven't driven my car in months.

Working on the wife civic at the shop. Just did oil change, air filter, waiting for front brakes & rotors to get deliver to the shop so I can knock that out with a Automatic trans fluid change/refill and the cabin filter.

I meant ignition control module (icm) which is located inside the distributor.
Oh ok, time bring out the multimeter. If I were to replace it, do you also recommend replacing cap/ rotor at the same time? Last time, I replaced it was like 4 years ago.

Brakes are done with new pads, rotors, one brake hoes and one caliper. Power steering belt and alternator belt replace along with new air filter and cabin filter.

Waiting next month to do the trans fluid, T-belt/water pump and master cylinder.

Might as well. It's not that expensive and gives you piece of mind
