Isn't minimum wage way lower in the states? It's 10.25 /hour here and I'm making a little more than that.

It varies state by state, in Florida min. is 7.67.

My first job (the one that paid for the Integra), I was making $10/hr working 14-17 hours/day, 5 days a week. Sometimes an extra 4-5 hours on Saturday.

Makes sense, I remember talking to a middle aged waitress in Michigan who was paying for her husband's medical expenses making 3.25 an hour. We left a pretty hefty tip for her.

For those who don't want to read through the thread let me give you a run down of where I am. With the build now. All parts are either already owned or purchased and in the mail.

JDM ITR front end
JDM ITR Rhd clip
ITR 5 lug conversion w/brake set up
Mugen Gen 1 wing
UKDM Type R taillights - BNIB
AP1 S2000 gauge cluster
OEM window visors. - BNIB

Those are the big things, there's a bunch of other little parts too.

Yeah, I have it pretty good, but don't forget that cost of living is higher here. Our gas is much more money, same with groceries and taxes.

Gas is $1.25.2 a liter and tax in my province is 13%.
The worst thing is paying duty on packages that come through the boarder.
