Here's a tricky no start issue

Some weeks it cranks others it doesn't. Turn key and engine turns over but doesn't crank. Fuel pump does not come on. I installed new fuel pump, and new main relay. Try it a day later it cranks. 3 days later ...no crank. Just ordered a ignition switch and hope it works..but sometimes it take a week or 2 before it acts out again...hard to troubleshoot...never know if new part works until it doesn't crank again...any ideas? The only other part I can think of is key switch. Can anyone tell me what the hall effects sensor looking thing is with 2 blue wires on the key switch?

Turning over and cranking are the same things, so what do mean it turns over but doesn't crank?

I'm not much help, but have you checked all your grounds for a good connection? Personally I'd start there before dumping more money into it.

Checked grounding on thermostat housing...not sure why I did that but yes it is grounded

turning over is not the same as cranking...the motor spins but never lights off. Something is not telling fuel pump to power up...ie...ECU, ignition switch or ignition cylinder...trying to find out what the 2 blue wires coming of the ignition cylinder are...any help?

you did that because if the wire there does not have a solid connection to the housing the fuel pump would not be working.

its part of the process of eliminations your gonna have to go through diagnosing your issue.

OK I give..what should I say (without watching Video)
The engine is pulsating without running on its own?
The starter is spinning and the plugs are firing but no one is home...
Please Oh please Inform me on the correct nomenclature and the difference of an engine just free spinning and lighting off so I don't embarrass myself anymore
What should I have said.....

I apologize for the bad text...I have had this issue for quite some time now and time and money is not on my side...I'm sure like the rest of you...I don't have time for smart comments...(like the rest of you)...we all need answers..thats why we are here
Hopefully someone else has had the same issues and can shed some light on the problem...Muckman I hearby apologize for being stupid!!forgive me and lets get down to resolving the reason we can't get on the road where all Hondas and Acura's belong!!!

Turning over and cranking are the same thing. Here are two sources that prove my point.

The starter literally "turns" the "crank"
Even though you are right that turning over and cranking are NOT the same thing.. yahoo answers is not a creditable source. Thats like using wikipedia as a source.. Anyone can edit what is said in wikipedia and anyone can answer on yahoo answers. regardless your still right

It sounds like some how you arent getting fuel or spark.. both are easy to test. While someone is turning the key hold the spark plug slightly above the valve cover and you should hear and see it jump. If that is good check the fuel filter by undoing the bolt on top slightly. Dont turn the key for very long unless you want to take a bath in gas. Lol.
If both are fine you might want to start looking for bad grounds. Only 3 main grounds in the car. battery to block, block to chassis, and chassis to battery. There is a bunch of small grounds that couple cause this too like the alternator being grounded to the block which you might want to check

I am getting spark. Here is the deal,
During Start up, Sometimes the fuel pump come on sometimes it doesn't. Period.
I replaced Fuel pump, Main starter relay, and Ignition switch. With no luck...it still happens...fuel pump comes on when it feels like it...
When the fuel pump does come on and I'm driving I have no issues...I have constant fuel.
Fuel pump is grounded, ignition and main relay is grounded internally to chasis....Now what?
What else can keep the fuel pump from coming on during start up and why so irregular?
