JDM P30 and US PR3 are different motors. Yeah P28 is for single cams but it works very well for dual cam once it is tuned properly. Your RPM bouncing is probably from a dirty Idle Air Control Valve.

Yes, that is the right radiator. However, You have a b16 so you are going to want the Skunk2 Silicone Hoses for an Integra Type R. The one you linked was the wrong one.

Deleteing the sunroof the way I did is going to be the cheapest way. However it isn't exactly pretty. Materials were only like $30 at Lowes.

Hey guys so I got a call today from a guy that will trade me his BMW bottle caps with good tires for the seats , im gonna give him the gray set that i got with the car for free and the black rear seats ! Hope those bottle caps fit... He said 4x100 but i read somewhere you need to shave your calipers ?? Can anyone confirm this?

Oh and heard they only weigh 14.8 considering they are oem and FREE i think it's pretty good?

It will have to do until the TURBO! 450 for H/E ain't bad IMO... All thats left is my inspection and brakes.. Hope it's just air in the brakes , please no surprises like the master cylinder :pray

Allrighty ordered a Oem Replica Header off of Ebay for 120$ Stainless Steel and tubing is a little bit larger , also it's a one piece design and lighter...

For the exhaust im getting the Yonaka Catback like i have mentioned... The only reason besides the price is that it is the only exhaust i have heard that wasn't raspy or overly loud... ( heard it on a gsr and a LS both sounded awesome )

Some NGK spark plug wires...

And last but not least AEM DryFlow intake filter. ( Got rid of the POS spectre that left residue in the intake tube and throttle body.. )

Along with these i have also cleaned the intake tube , throttle body and my ratchet didn't fit for the Idle Control Valve so a friend is gonna lend his , also he's gonna help me take out the AC since he has done it before and he needs it for his EK so im gonna let him keep it...

AND i got the bottlecaps and painted em gold , now all they need is tires...

Not bad for half an hour and 15 bucks IMO... Went for the subaru BBS type of thing...

Also advanced a little bit more on the interior weight reduction - pillars carpet and arm rest and handbrake booth is now off...

No fucks given.
If you're not concerned about price, the Yonaka is a replica of the Apexi WS2.

Don't get Yonaka. Unless you like your exhaust to crack and fall off...I mean I guess that is one way to save weight.

So you guys suggest WS2 ? I heard really good things from my friends who has it and even from the forums when i looked around but you guys should know better... Another option is about a 300 dollar custom exhaust with a muffler of my choice.. ( muffler provided by me ) 2.5 inch stainless mandrel bent...

Price is not that much of an issue but less money spent on exhaust means more money on other things that will actually matter... I seriously don't think apexi being 600 dollars will have that much of a performance increase over the yonaka? And keep in mind I want something that is also compatible with my future turbo setup.. Aiming between 250-300 whp..

And infact i also heard a ws2 on one of the gsr's at the meet and sounded raspy at some revs... But than again might be from the rest of the setup.. Every yonaka i heard had the deepest tone out of all the other honda's...

You guys say no go than no go , I know better to buy once and buy it right..
