You don't need 16. But yeah it won't clear the LS meshes. I never personally tried, but It doesn't even clear my old Rota GT3. My 15x8 949 6UL clear no problem though. Also stock USDM ITR on 15's.

It'll be a very tight fit which I don't recommend unless you run spacers.

Wheels flex. So if the wheel is too close, but it clears, it still doesn't technically fit. If you take a turn hard enough you can actually make the caliper rub the spokes, which can be very very bad and cause wheel failure.

Funny, when i posted about this deal a while ago everybody was talking pads... but, there's no way I could run loud scratchy hp+ track pads on a daily driver though

itr calipers fit, just grind them down, if you read the 40 pages. However, if you turn hard enough to make the wheel flex, and the calipers run into the back of the spoke, thats not too good either.

Brake fade vs. Mechanical failure? Damn, theres gotta be a solution.

The solution I could think of is an extra set of rotors and track pads. But im not too sure about the pad sitting on the rotors evertime you take them off and put them on. What about that?
