Low beams on 1991 integra work sometimes

Hey guys my low beams on my 1991 integra work sometimes meaning when i jiggle and wiggle the headlight switch it will turn on. My high beams work fine but i have to hold the switch down while driving. What could be wrong with it? is it a wiring in the steering wheel column? I also checked the fuses and low beams and they are all fine. HELP!!!!
