my baby idling a 3200 rpm cold & 2000 rpm warm?!?

I have a 90' teggy stock ls. Idling hella high. Wasting too much gas. First start of the day is always at or over 3000rpm.!? It takes about 5 minutes to warm up and gradually goes down to 2000 and sets there once at normal temp.. Anybody knows what this can be.? It used start at 3 and go down to 1 but not anymore.. Also, when I get off the freeway it goes back to 3 again and takes a couple minutes to get back to 2000. Can somebody help me the struggle is real out here.!

check thottle cable to make sure its not too tight leaving the throttle plate open.

The throttle has some slack to it. I just recently tried that but no difference in idle

Check your Idle Air Control Valve

Where exactly is that located? I've never seen one in an Integra. Do you mean the Fast Idle Thermo Valve?

Check your Idle Air Control Valve

I just cleaned it today. It made a little difference. It starts at 2800
And drops to 1500 after warm up. This is a pain in the ass. Aha

I just cleaned and adjusted the fitv today. And waaalaa. Problem fixed. Thanxs guys..! No more high idle at all.

FITV is the cylindrical piece located on the bottom of your throttle body.
