What mileage are you getting?I just drove it today. I need to figure out my poor gas mileage problem. I might do a tune up and take it over my grandfathers so we can do a valve adjustment. Only other reason for such bad gas mileage would be transmission related, imo.

I get about 25 but I only drive stop and goAbout 200-220 a tank. It seems to be getting worse. 2 weeks ago when I filled up, I got 28 mpg. Last time I filled up, I calculated 23 mpg. I normally get about 30 mpg.

Thats crazy. I feel like I should be getting better gas mileage. The motor ticks really bad. I almost just want to sell it and get a civic. Actually, I just thought as I was typing, I wonder if the car has oil in it? I burn oil pretty bad. Like I can smell it while driving.

I either want it to blow up, or the trans go bad in it. I'm tired of the car.Lol might wanna check that...

Then you might have a issueUhm how about putting the 4 quarts in during an oil change, add the extra quart a few weeks later, and after 2k miles I only get 2.5 quarts out of the motor.

I do. I'm just tired of it. I can't figure it out. I had oil in the spark plugs at one time, changed the vc gasket and all that shit, it stopped for a while, and it kept burning oil. I was burning about a quart a week when I was using mobil 1. Now I'm using castrol gtx and I burn a little less.
