It wasnt until the recent model that they 2.0 made decent power for a 3300lb car. The v6 alrite but again makes better power now. This is of course straight line. I bet you feel that weight in the turns.
The genesis has always been able to make nice power after mods regardless of intial power rating 210 vs 275. Ive heard of the 210hp models making an excess of 300whp with bpu mods and tuning. Ive honestly never had a problem with recent hyundai models in the oast 4years

Oh yeah. I understand this much. Theyre fairly under tuned out of the box. Ive seen a video where they did only a reflash of the ecu and it revved significantly faster and higher than stock. I'm just the epitome of a hater when it comes to hyundai and continue to deny how much i like the genesis r-spec coupe.

This topic went a little wayward, lol.

I do love, in the first Fast and Furious movie during the debut of the green Ecwipse, when he "spins out"(with reverse lights on) and "tops out at 120"(even tho the speedo shows 140 before he accelerates more and "spins out").

When he "shifts into 2nd gear", his right hand is on the steering wheel, and, judging from the way his body twitches and left arm does the shift motion during his "shift", his shifter should be in the door.

LOVE IT!
