Because it's a steady rattle I'd say it sounds like your heat shield over the headers, check for loose bolts.

EDIT: nevermind, I watched it again and you don't even have a heat shield on the headers. Also, it sounds like it got louder around the alternator, with a whistle. I'd investigate that area for loose bolts.

If you have a stock exhaust or the stock heat shields under the car they like to catch small stones and just rattle away

The noise sounds like its coming from the alternator would the alternator even make noise?

The alternator does make noise as there are moving parts, upon further inspection of your video it sounds like the bearings inside the alternator either need to be greased or replaced. I'm only a weekend mechanic and because its Tuesday, I'd take it in or wait longer on this thread for someone who really knows their stuff.

Looking for my next Teg..
my opinion on this is that you need to have a mechanic listen to that noise and diagnose it... it is too hard to pinpoint it through watching a video.

our cars tend to also transfer noises badly..

the only thing back behind the intake manifold that could rattle like that are the heatshield for the cat or the alternator... could be a loose bracket or exhaust manifold stay... also but they would not make quite that sound
