***Disclaimer: This is stupid. I'm not 100% sure why I'm rebuilding it.***

Everything started with this, a milano red 94 dc4 on fat 5s:

Didn't do much at all in the time I had it. Tinted the windows and put blades on it.

Yeah...
Then it caught fire

Looked like this after

Decided to rebuild it. Again. I have no idea why.
Looks like this now.

Obviously we are doing body work. Shaving the antenna, side moldings and rear window squirt-er. Going to do a 94 front again, 98+ rear bumper, ukdm tail lights and rear fog. Stock side skirts that will be paint matched. Painting it milano red again. Not sure on the plans for the motor are undecided at this point. Will be looking for oem ITR seats after the paint is done. Going to wrap the headliner and pillar covers in black suede. Keeping with my oem wheel whoreness it will be on blades. A polished set, a white set and a gunmetal set. I already have three sets of them so I will not need to find those. Fenders have been ordered already. Still looking for a oem front bumper and hood. Those are proving difficult to find for some reason. I still have not decided on suspension, other than some kind of coilovers and all new bushings.

I did get lucky with a couple things though. I got carpet, all the wiring from headlights back to taillights, a privacy cover (never had one in it), the wiper cowl, wiper motor and arms from one of my friends cars that got stolen and stripped. Got headlights from a member on here a couple weeks ago. It is going to be a long road before its driveable again. I will try to keep this as updated as possible, but it takes up all of my free time, and the majority of my money. The goal is to have it painted by the first weekend in August.

The other asshole
Damn, Goodluck!

Just wonder if the paint is actually gonna stick to the engine bay, From my experience paint tends to flake off metal with a history of burning because it burns all the oils out of it.

Realized that I hadn't uploaded the before pictures really. Heres some before and current pictures. Ignore the black dots all over the later pictures. Camera got messed up some how.

Morning of my highs school graduation. I was not happy about my car.

Before lines were taken out of the bay

The rust was a little worse than I had expected

Cant remember if this was pre or post blocked

At this point I'm waiting on fenders and a hood to show up on my porch and we are ready to spray primer. Everything is shaved and little dents are popped out as best we can manage. Obviously we are going to block the car again to find little flaws in the body that we have missed at this point. The bay still needs to be sand blasted, and that will happen soon as well, and then put in primer. May not seem like I have gotten very far, but you have to remember I can only dedicate 1 or 2 days a week to this car because of work, family matters and trying to keep my girlfriend somewhat happy. The only thing I have really ran into was that rust and a few small door dings in the rear 1/4.

Good luck pimp.

I think that 99.999% of the world's population would have given up on that car and bought another one.
