Plan on getting a complete obd2 gsr swap for my 00 integra gs, plan is to freshen up the motor and just add arp headstuds and a cometic headgasket, i already have a gt3076r turbo i plan on using to get between 280-340 my only issue is I want to get the ram horn manifold but I want to keep my AC. Not sure if i should get the half size radiator or what? I dont want to end up with cooling issues, i plan on wrapping the manifold, downpipe and all that and also using the thermo stuff for the ac line. would a 1/2 rad with a slim fan do the trick or is there more to it? future plans are to have a fully built GSR 450+ hp so I know what I need to get as far as parts and what not its just the cooling issue. im seeing people with half size and ramhorn with AC but unsure whats the best route.

-You will need to convert the OBD2b ecu down to OBD1 to support tuning the ECU.
-Freshen up the motor? With what, like Fabreeze?
-GT3076R is big for that power range 280-340. You could run a smaller GT2871 or even GT3071.
-Does the wheel spin OK? does it touch the sides at all? It looks a little beat.
-There are AC and PS compatible RamHorns. Look at Full-Race
-Yes youll need to run a 1/2 width rad to clear the turbo/downpipe
-450hp is a better goal for the 3076. You'll want a fully built bottom end for that much power.
-Fuel system?
-Injection system?
-Tuning?

I dont think you need a new oil pump. General maint items like water pump and tbelt are a good idea. New gaskets are not needed unless leaking. Maybe replace head gasket if its due. Dont bother with replacing stuff that isnt broken or due for replacement if its not going to make the bottom end stronger. Alot of people on this forum think rebuilding a stock engine to new stock engine is better. Its not. The same weak points are still present - pistons, rods, sleeves.

Would also recommend maint on the ignition system - new plug wires, cap/rotor, and coil. Its very important that you use OEM parts on the ignition.

I like all the tuning and turbo stuff.
The radiator is really nice too. lower temp thermo and fan switch are fine but not needed. You can turn rad fan on with the EMS.
Exhaust is good. There are 3" prebent piping kits from kteller and VRS Exhaust.

For clutch I personally like ClutchMasters.
I have their FX400 4 puck at 600whp and its reasonable and def streetable.
I LOVE their FX300 for a street car and I believe it has adequate holding capacity for 450ish.

What cams do you want to run? Stock GSR?
Consider a mild valve spring upgrade.

what do you recomend for cams and for valve springs?
In the near future I would like to have a fully built GSR capable of over 500hp but daily driven with 400 on pump.
currently am unemployed but I do not have a problem spending good money for good parts. don't want to half ass anything and have to keep taking the motor out or apart for stupid reasons. a relatively quick spool would be great, my buddy has a gt3076r with a peakboost top mount manifold tial WG tuned on s300 making 368whp on pumpgas in his eg coupe. He is the main reason why I picked up this gt30 turbo. I also purchased my turbo for $600 off a friend.

Stock GSR cams will be fine and save you money. Itll just take a little more boost which you plenty of.
I like Supertech valvetrains so Id recommend their mild springs - SPR-H1002D.
You can run stock retainers and keepers. Keep it cheap and simple.

on my ride i have stock sleeved 81.5mm arias pistons and eagle rods with a portflow head with ITR cams topmount gt3076R turbo like yours and im making 500hp on 100 octane...if you plan on getting valvetrain, find some ITR cams cause itll give u a lil bit more power

That depends on what you consider "full boost". At 4500 I make 7psi. I make 22psi at 5700ish.
I run a full length Hytech manifold, the .82 A/R GT turbine housing, and slightly larger than standard compressor trim 3076 which both cost a few hundred rpm in spool.
