Still water proof.

Sure it doesn't have the frame rates of the gopro but from everything I've seen the ghost has the same picture quality if not better, Can be mounted in more places thanks to the rotating lens.

Of course this is all just what I've seen, I'd say in reality the Gopro has high frame rates but the Ghost does everything else better.
