How to wire DRL's?

Saw this video on youtube on this guys slammed DA and I liked his Fog light DRL's he had. How could I go about achieving that look? Since the fog lights on my car can only be turned on when the low beams are on, I have no idea how to do this. Also, it appears as if he's using a 3000k HID kit for the fog lights as well. Does this seem accurate?

All you need to do is cut the power wire to the switch and run a wire to it that has key on power. Onn G2IC there is a write up on how to splice the wire into the power of the defroster switch or you can run a wire to your fuse box to a spare slot that accepts a spade connector.
Those are OEM one pieces that have the yellow bulb capsules stock. Likely just standard bulbs.

Looking for my next Teg..
you can get the yellow fog capsules out of a Legend and they will fit in the 3 peice assembly perfectly from what I hear... Lots of guys round this area have done it and say those capsules screw right in.

Exactly what BrokenTalon said

Method 1

Method 2 (Easier and I did it to about 4 Integra's in my time)

As the yellow fog lights. In that picture those are OEM JDM 1 piece headlights that have little yellow capsules in them to make that affect... But as the old guy mentioned, You can get little yellow capsules from a 1st gen Acura Legend and they will fit perfectly in the stock 3 piece design... Take out the 8MM (i think) nut on the edge of the lights, pull it out, Take out the bulb and assembly, you'll see 3 tabs just stick it in and lock in place.

 Your welcome.

The fog light capsules are easily found at junkyards, But I think you might have to break the housings on the Legends to get to them.
