92 Integra/B18B1 won't start after swap?

Okay so I have an automatic 92 Integra which is obd1. I had I wrecked 01 Integra donor car from which I pulled the motor and engine harness, which is obd2. I put my tranny on the b18b1 and dropped it in. I then realized that the 01 harness was not going to work with my tranny and firewall harness so I pulled it out along with the throttle body, distributor, fuel rail, injectors, and alternator. I then put on all the old stuff in its place and plugged in the old engine harness and finished up everything else.

Now when it came to starting the car it would crank but would not start. I've checked all that I can think of. I've got spark on all four cylinders and you can smell fuel and hear the pump kick on so I've got that. The mechanical timing is all correct and I've set the distributor to the number one wire while the motor is sitting at tdc. BTW I am using the original ecu for the car, obd1, I think that could be my problem and I'm going to be trying a diffident ecu that my friend has and said should work. What else could I be missing??? Please help if you can. I am somewhat of a noob and this is the first swap Ive done.

Looking for my next Teg..
Use the ECU, harness, IM & distributor that came with the engine.

typically tho the only real difference would be the IM & Distributor between the 2...

Oh and the o2 sensor

I can't. I was gonna use all that stuff in the first place but I'd run into way more problems than I already have, the engine harness won't work with my tranny and only one main plug connects at the strut towers on both sides. I've searched and searched and talked to like four different people I know that works on motors. I've only gotten to this point because someone told me to use all the old obd1 stuff on the new motor and that's helped out a lot because I've gotten everything together and now it cranks but won't start. I really don't see how it would work with all the obd2 stuff. I really think its either my ecu or the wrong intake manifold but I'm not sure. I've been researching how to do this swap for months and finally did it thinking I had all the info but know I'm stuck.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Start with the wiring harness, inspect it, make sure everything is plugged in. Check Compression, Check Spark, Check Fuel, Check and make sure you don't have the distributor in upside down (trust me it happens, still wonder how they manage it)

I've checked spark and fuel and its there, but ill double check. I had to set the distributor to the number one wire while the motor was at tdc so I don't think it could be that. One of the guys who was helping me was doing something and mentioned that the motor had good compression and asked if it was running strong which it was, not sure how he could tell though. There is one small green 2 wire plug that isn't plugged in behind the motor and underneath the intake manifold. Where does this go to? I was thinking of trying to re wire the original distributor for this motor so that it will plug into my harness. Is this a good idea? Someone told me the ignition control module in the distributor could be bad so I think that would fix my problem.
