They are plastidipped black with a silver lip. No center caps either. Mine look better.

I'd personally keep the 5's and sell the meshies. Get the tires for the 5's, then sell the meshies and the tires as a package for like, $400.

If they can't find any evidence of you running them at the track and occasionally roasting them, then probably.

So my plans for the next couple of weeks are to buy both rear calipers, have my grandfather come over and help me change them, give the car a nice detail, order leds to finish my dash, take it to the track again, and last but not least hopefully get some tires for the 5's if I still have them.
