Thats yonaka for you. Ill bet the header face is warped. Put a straight edge on the face of the header n ull see the gap. Return it if u can or get an exchange

Ive heard many times megans not sealing and not lining up, fewer times for yonaka but still happens. Dc and vibrant would be the other 4-1 options but dc is carbed

Fat guy in a little coat.
So basically, you have to smooth out that... header head? Take it off, smooth it out, try oem gasket. If this fails, hit them up for refund. Do not take a grinder or whatever to your engine. Not to mention theres a pic on here, i think its aussie, that had a yonaka header and found out that the thickness of the pipe is comperable to a sheet of reynolds wrap, thin aluminum foil that got super beat up and dented as if it was supposed to do that.

Id consider a refund...

Your grinding the face of the header, not the engine/head. You'll have to get it perfectly straight in 3 dimensions, and that alone will be hard. Id call em first, cuz surely they wont refund a modded header
