Some people don't use quick releases. They can also install via a normal hub like Momo's.

Are your brakes squeaky cuz they aren't warm? And you need to put the waterproof case on it to reduce wind noise!

I'm going to try out the waterproof backing and see how it is. I've never used it before.
My brakes are usually quiet until they get heat in them. Stop and go like this makes them hella noisy
