Compression Test Results!!!
1-4 read 150
oily plugs
Charline says when she performed the test, the psi would rise to the 150 mark rapidly, then SLOWLY leaked down by 10 psi. She is not quite sure what that means????
She also tells me we need to change out the valve cover gasket since the plugs are oily.
We plan to change out the OEM radiator for a (brand new) Spectra AND do the driver-side axle Friday afternoon.

No oil leaked into the cylinders.Umm, did oil leak in to the cylinders when you took out the plugs? If so, you voided the results of your compression test. And the fact that it went from 150 to 140 probably means your compression tester is bad.

Char tells me on the last three cars tested, the psi did not drop....^^this. If your psi is dropping then either the o-ring on the tester hose is bad or the tool is bad altogether.
