Do you know what temperature it opened at? Just cause it popped open doesn't mean it working correctly.Tested the thermostat and that works.
When hot, the upper radiator hose is VERY hot, while the lower radiator hose just stays slightly warm.
She still overheats. Just not as badly now.

As for your hoses, one is always going to be cooler, that's the point of the radiator, hot coolant leaves engine, goes through radiator to cool down, and cooler coolant goes back into engine.

Previous owner actually hacked them to stay on all the time......All good points so far. However, did your fans kick on? If it was just sitting there idling and the fans didn't kick on you could have a bad fan sensor. Without the fans on to cool it at idle, it can get pretty damn hot.
There are NO indications of a HG issue. No leaks...DRY engine.Lucky you? lol
Also, a compression test can tell you how your HG is. A combustion dye test on your coolant will confirm.

Take the radiator out and run a water hose to the top inlet/outlet, It could be stopped up.
Which hose is which? The top one is hot and bottom cool. So the bottom goes INTO the engine?? I'd like to do this today. How do I properly do this on an integra engine? I *THINK* I do it with the engine warm and pull out the fuel fuse?? Which fuse is that? I dont have a diagram of my engine bay fuses...Lucky you? lol
