Depends if you have the tool or a hydraulic press at your disposal. I used a big socket and a 5lb hammer to do it all. I also froze the bushings for a few days to make it a bit easier. It is easier with the tool, you don't have to drop the entire trailing arm.

I actually haven't put them on yet. I'm sure they're not too hard to install. I'll let you know how it goes.
