I wore my gear all the time, Mainly because every road here is 55+ mph but also because you feel like a badass in full gear.

I honestly dont ride a bike so i cant comment on people thinking a no helmet law should be in effect in CA, but while in a "riders should choose to wear helmets" ride in CA some dude died because of, you guessed it, no helmet

If you don't wear a helmet I mean that's your choice but you gotta understand the risks and be ok with it or just wear a helmet.

Everyone should wear their gear though :thumbup:

i could see that working only if America structured their driving system like, say Finland or Japan or a lot of other places in the world. We tend to see driving as a right in America rather than a privilege. If say everyone drove a scooter or motorcycle at first, this would help drivers ultimately see how to drive with bikes around etc and would make for a safer drive for everyone.

Agreed, I've been riding motorcycles my whole life so naturally I just always watch out for bikes on the road anyway but after spending those 3 years on my cbr I'm more aware of where to watch for them.

Depends on which hybrid. Are we talking a hybrid Escalade, or something like a CR-Z?
