Stolen Cold Air Intake, Car won't start now?

I've been trying to start my 1995 acura integra LS since yesterday and today I noticed something different about my engine bay. Surely enough I remember that I have a cold air intake...and it's not there anymore. Usually I thought it was because my shitty battery died again because of the cold, but trying to start my car this time with a boost gave me a different reaction. When I saw that my short ram was gone I was confused and just said ...seriously? Stealing my intake is one thing, but now I cannot even start my car and risk a ticket tomorrow; or possibly another thief if I dont move it out of there tomorrow. I heard its bad that I drive my car without a intake, sure I would just drive it to move it out of there, but I cannot even do that because it wont even start. I have no idea what whoever stole it did to it because I'm not experienced with cars. One thing that I have read from searching that might be possible is the airflow sensor ahead of the stolen tube that is exposed. But I have no idea how to remedy this?

When my car isnt being charged with a boost, the 2nd turn lights that come on barely light up. When I start the engine it trys to start once and just dies really quick. When being boosted the lights come up nice and bright and when I start the engine it trys to start up making slow start up noises but doesnt start.

I would really appreciate any advice to get my car started at least. Need to drive that badboy off that thief block.

Video would help to better diagnose the issue
I'd make one in about a hour when I go back down with my HD camera. I'm thinking about recording my engine bay, and starting it up. Is there anything else that I should record?

Yes make sure nothing else was tampered with: loose bolts, exposed parts, etc....

As for the air intake..Old school improvision....go to home depot or automotive store. get some flexible piping that will fit snuggly into the throttle body. get some engine breathers for the valve cover....Then get a pair ladies panty hoses. cover one end of the pipe, that will act as your filter...it's crappy but it will get the job done...

Getting your ride stolen is one thing....But when someone breaks into your ride just to steal something is just F***ing annoying!!! I feel your pain bro! Curse the mofos, hope the air intake they stole makes it way up their ass!!!

Yeah man I know! Thieves really need to burn in hell. Right now I could barely afford my insurance and some selfish prick takes my intake >_<.

Its cause I'm in NYC man and people here be on some break your window and steal your ash tray type shit. They probably opened my hood to see what motor I have and were so dissapointed with my b18b1 that they just said fuck it atleast he has a intake.
