It's a little high because it's a dealership/used car place. I say it's worth it. Looks to be in fantastic condition.

You can finance through a private party by finding your own lender. i actually recommend getting your own financing, since the dealerships make money on finding you financing when it's something you could easily do yourself.
My friend's dad works in financing, so my buddy went to a dealership and negotiated a price with financing through the dealership, then got his own financing and came up on a great deal for his car
