I was looking up exhausts for my car and came across a system by bosal for a full catback system for my DA9.. Is bosal a good brand to go with? Or should i go with something else? Opinions please!!

Well, any exhaust will work as long as you find a header. I have never heard of the brand, but you really cant go wrong with an exhaust as long as its more wide the the stock tubing

2.5 inch piping is the size, and as for the header, i'm thinking DC Sports since they have a nice one for the DA body

You absolutely can go wrong. Too large of an exhaust can be almost as bad as too small.
Diameter isn't as important as escape velocity. Just because it's larger doesn't mean it flows better.
What engine mods do you have? That will be a factor in determining what size exhaust you need.
Best exhausts out there for the G2 are the Tanabe Medallion Touring, Old school HKS Hi Power, and the RSR exmag. The second two are no longer in production and are a little harder to get your hands on.
The Tanabe MT has a 2.36" diameter, good flow rate, as well as a quiet, low tone. It is my personal preference for any G2 that isn't boosted or built high comp n/a.

Getting it for a low comp high boost G2.. Going maybe 30 lbs on 8.3:1 compression, BC Stage 2 Boosted cams, eagle h-beams etc.. Going to be building a B18A1 or B18B1 non vtec for the boost.

I'd say get a 3" exhaust for a boosted application.
30 psi on what turbo? You should pick an HP goal rather than a pressure goal.

^ lol hardly, I do things in stages to keep costs spread out.. I work on a project engine and all, keep my car as a low power DD with stock engine and once my new engine is built I swap in the new engine and take it for dyno tuning.. dad can tow it for me. Also, I got some hookups for stuff, can buy an s300 from a friend for $120, got my turbo kit from another friend with a trashed DA for $175 and stuff.

That context changes things. What turbo are you going to be running?
