It's just boring is all. Markets great, business is booming for us. We're a smaller bank but have very consistent additions to our portfolio every month, ~1400 roughly. We're like a one stop shop. These loans are very cut and dry so aside from the volume (we're severely understaffed) of work, it's relatively easy.Sucks for you. What's the market like down there?
That is because the banks are controlling the inventory. They are purposely sitting on houses and slowly putting them back on the market to control the market. I know this because they would have me fix up houses and then would tell me that the house wouldn't even be posted for sale for several months to even a year(s).Good for you guys. I us to be a 25B. Ive recently reclassed to 11B tho...Im an IT specialist in the Army reserves. I was a security officer for Securitas but now that im going through school im mainly unemployed.
