Hell yes. It's pissin me off cuz I want it off but it's not peeling off. I had to use a sharp blade to get it off

This sh** is hard as hell to peel off lol

i sanded what i needed to, if it was flaking, it wasnt flaking anymore, it was all smooth. then i laid the primer on top then the actual paint..if i had a good camera i'd take up close pics of how smooth it is.

Cool. I pretty much got it all off the bottom. It's just the top I'm having trouble with so I'm gonna do what you did and sand it, lays couple coats of primer and then paint.
