I am upset with how dude acted towards you, but I do know chucks personality and he is just like that. Chuck was making fun of my splitter calling it Home Depot, cuz sunny actually has the same exact splitter, and like me on here, it can be hard to detect sarcasm - but it's not a good business model to act that way. I'm huge on customer service, so I'm not happy with how you were treated and will remember that. Everybody, love me or hate me, knows I will not back a company that abandons customers. And about tech3 needing to know you're balling to help you isn't really true, IMO. They knew I was broke and couldn't afford an alignment before buttonwillow and they offered to do it for free as an Xmas present, along with helping me for hours to install my wing, and giving me a rear fascia panel for free because mine was destroyed. My girlfriend has a good relationship with them, but that doesn't mean they should go so far out of their way for me without me ever giving them a dime.
